In South Florida, non-profit education centers struggle to keep seats filled consecutively throughout the class semester. The fluid nature of attendance based on job availability means that teachers struggle to maintain a sense of continuity and forward momentum in their lesson plans. Coupled with expected benchmarks from outside financial partners and unknown student populations, the teachers can start to feel overwhelmed by the outside factors at play in their classroom.
