The purpose of this research and project was to review the literature and provide information on a website to help school personnel become knowledgeable about the inclusion philosophy, and to discuss the components that are needed to establish an inclusive elementary school. There was a vast amount of research that has been compiled in an organized and understandable way to help individuals understand the meaning of inclusion and the correct steps that teachers, principals, and parents must take in order to establish an inclusive elementary school.
