Background:‪The aim of the study was to define a change of physical effectiveness in a one-year training course and its relation with special effectiveness. Material and methods:‪The research was conducted in a group of 30 female players at the age of 9 and 10 years who were training in clubs in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the age category. Background: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body composition, aerobic capacity and the balance in young tennis players at rest and during fatigue triggered by an endurance test. Moreover, we tried to find the correlation between the tennis ranking position and the balance. Background: ‪The purpose of this study is to examine whether functional training has an impact on biomotor skills of 10–12-year-old girls. Material and methods: ‪The study involved 20 girls (10 controls and 10 subjects) – who had been playing tennis for at least 2 years.
