The Coronavirus (Covid-19) endemic is growing exponentially in the whole world. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus responsible for causing COVID-19 disease, which is highly infectious and lethal. Acculturation stress originates from attempts by individuals to resolve the differences between their culture of origin and the dominant culture. In addition, the process of acculturation often is accompanied by several stressful psycho-social experiences, personal and institutional discrimination, leaving family and friends behind in the country of origin, and the stressor of learning a new language.
