Satisfaction With The Online Teacher Self-Evaluation System: A Case Study Of Members Of The Faculty Of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Pornsook Tantrarungroj

The primary objective of this survey research was to study the satisfaction of the members of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University toward the online teacher self-evaluation system. The study examined whether or not the participants' perception of the effectiveness of the online teacher-self-evaluation is related to the participants' characteristics and ICT literacy and to investigate comments and suggestions that could contribute to improve teacher quality and performance.
