This study aimed to examine the impact of the application of secondary school directors in Gaza Governorate to the dimensions of interactive leadership in achieving the standards of the learning organization in the light of the following variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, and the directorate). هدف هذا البحث إلى فحص أثر تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة غزة لأبعاد القيادة التفاعلية في تحقيق معايير المنظمة المتعلمة فيها، في ضوء متغيرات: (جنس المعلم، والمؤهل العلمي للمعلم، وسنوات خبرة المعلم، والمديرية). وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحثان بتصميم استبانتين: القيادة التفاعلية، ومعايير المنظمة المتعلمة. وطُبّقت الاستبانتان على عينة مقدارها (308) معلمًا ومعلمةً، منهم (145) ذكورًا و(163) إناثًا في العام الدراسي 2019/2020م.

To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey approach was adopted. The randomly selected study sample consisted of (205) male/female principals and (377) male/female teachers, from public and private schools in Amman, the capital of Jordan.
