هدف المقال التَّعرُّف إلى أنواع الأزمات، في الاتِّحادات الرِّياضيَّة الأردنيَّة، وأسباب ظهورها، والحلول المقترحة لها، وقد استخدم الباحث استبانتين، الأولى لجمع المعلومات المتعلِّقة بأسباب الأزمات، في الاتِّحادات الرِّياضيَّة الأردنيَّة، والثَّانية لقياس الحلول المقترحة للأزمات. واشتملت الدِّراسة على عيِّنتين بلغ مجموعهما النهائيّ (304) عاملًا في الاتِّحادات الرِّياضية، من بينهم رؤوساء، وأعضاء مجالس إدارة الاتِّحادات الرِّياضيَّة. وقد تمَّ تحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفيّ، متمثِّلًا في المتوسِّطات الحسابيَّة، والانحرافات المعياريَّة، والأهميَّة النِّسبيَّة، كما استُخدِم الإحصاء الاستنتاجيّ متمثِّلًا في حساب معامل بيرسون، وتحليل التَّباين الأحادي، واختبار معامل الاتِّساق الداخليّ (كرونباخ ألفا)، واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعديَّة، وقد أظهرت النَّتائج أنَّ الاتِّحادات الرِّياضيَّة الأردنيَّة تُواجه مستوى …

The study aimed to identify the quality of the high school exam questions by measuring that the questions do not violate the rules of their writing. The number of questions that formed the study population was 4,915 distributed over 160 exams held during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. The descriptive analytical approach was followed to analyze 1230 multiple-choice questions using the violation detection tool. The results showed that 434 (35.3%) questions violated at least one rule, and 736 (59.8%) questions violated two or more rules. This quasi-experimental study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of an instructional program based on SCAMPER strategy in improving speaking skills among fifth-grade students. The participants of the study were chosen from Al-Marwa elementary school in First Educational Directorate of Zarqa district, which was selected purposefully.Sixty-two participants were distributed randomly into an experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=30). This study aimed to investigate the level of job empowerment of public secondary female principals in Jordan and its relationship with some variables. Accordingly, the study sample consisted of (89) female principals and (261) female teachers working at public secondary schools in Jordan during the school year (2015/2016).
