The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals at Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the relationship between intellectual efficiency and emotional intelligence among primary school principals in the North within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (460) primary school teachers. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive survey methodology was used.
