The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. The aim of this study was to identify the degree of Servant Leadership of Public-School Principals in Jerash Governorate from the Teachers' Perspective, and know the impact of variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that degree. The study sample consisted of (421) teachers, they were chosen by simple random method. A descriptive survey approach was used. Abstract:

The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals at Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. The study sample consisted of (384) school teachers selected using stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives. The correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study aimed to identify the role of elementary school principals within the green line in integrating students with ADHD and its relationship to their personal traits from the teachers’ point of view. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the relationship between intellectual efficiency and emotional intelligence among primary school principals in the North within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (460) primary school teachers. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive survey methodology was used. The results showed that the level of intellectual efficiency among primary school principals was high from teachers' point of view, while emotional intelligence was moderate. Abstract:

The purpose of the study was to identify the training needs of public schools principals in Al-Mafraq governorate in light of the wise governance requirements.
