This study aimed to identify to the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate's schools from their Perspectives, the study followed the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was used for collecting its data on the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate’s schools from their Perspectives which consisting of (22) items, The study sample consisted of (418) teachers chosen by using stratified random sample method. The results indicated that the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate's schools from their Perspectives، which comes at a medium degree. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a program based on symbolic communication in reducing challenging behaviors and improving social interaction among individuals with autism spectrum disorder who have intellectual disability in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (8) participants between (8-15) years, at Autism Specialized Center for Autism in Amman. To achieve the aim of the study, the scale challenging behavior, scale of social interaction, and the training program, were constructed. The validity and reliability of the tools were verified.
