Abstract:
The current study aimed to identify the degree of school administration empowerment of the educational consultants as well as to indicate the extent of its reflection on their job performance in the northern region within the Green Line. It also demonstrates and promotes the correlation between the degree of the educational consultants’ empowerment and the level of the educational counselors' performance with the governmental school counselors in the northern region within the line.
