This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of public-school principals in the northern Mazar district to ethical leadership standards from the teachers' point of view. The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in the Bani Ubaid District to the principles of teamwork from their point of view, and the study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the two researchers prepared a questionnaire for the principles of group work for secondary school teachers, where the study population consisted of (433) teachers, and a sample was formed.
