Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the degree of Arab school principals within the Green Line in implementing E-management and its relationship to the development of creativity among teachers at those schools. The correlational descriptive approach was used, the sample consisted of (405) teachers who were chosen by simple random method. The study aimed to use semiotics in teaching the holy Qur'an chapters and investigate the effectiveness of this teaching strategy on the development of the creative and critical thinking skills of Al-Aqsa University students in Gaza Governorate. Therefore, the researchers used Joseph’s Chapter (Yusuf’s Chapter) as the sample of the study. To achieve these two purposes, the researchers used both the descriptive and semi- experimental approaches and made two tests: one was for the creative thinking and the other was for the critical thinking.
