Abstract: This study aimed at finding out the availability degree of organizational environment requirements in Jordanian private universities in Amman Governorate, from faculty members and academic leaders’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (265) faculty members and (103) academic leaders, working at Jordanian private universities in Amman Governorate. The descriptive – survey methodology was used. A questionnaire was developed to find out the availability degree of organizational environment requirements. Its validity and reliability were assured. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the academic and administrative load and its role in weakening of the efficiency of scientific research among faculty members in Jordanian private universities. The analytical descriptive methodology was used for collecting data. The sample of the study consisted of (150) faculty members. The researcher developed a questionnaire with (50) items were distributed into five domains; the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assured.
