This study aimed to identify the reality of creative leadership among public school principals in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar Brigade from the teachers' perspective. Through employing the descriptive survey approach, the researcher utilized a self-developed questionnaire as the main research instrument to collect the intended data. This study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life among public school teachers in Jerash governorate from the perspective of teachers themselves, and to identify the impact of variables (gender, educational stage, and years of experience) in teachers' estimations for their level of quality of work life.
