The Degree Of Digital Leadership Employment In Distance Learning By Public Schools' Principals In Jerash Governorate From The Teachers' Perspective, Husni Salem

This study aimed to identify identify the degree of digital leadership employment in distance learning by public schools' principals in Jerash governorate from the teachers' perspective, and know the impact of variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that degree. The study sample consisted of (346) teachers. A descriptive survey approach was used. To accomplish the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built, which consisted of (48) items divided into four fields.
