This study aimed to examine the impact of the application of secondary school directors in Gaza Governorate to the dimensions of interactive leadership in achieving the standards of the learning organization in the light of the following variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, and the directorate). The study followed the descriptive approach. The study was conducted using two questionnaires: interactive leadership, learning organization, on a sample of (308) male and female teachers: (145) males, (163) females in the academic year 2019/2020. The study aimed to identify the reality of the organizational climate at the Arab American University and its relationship to motivation as perceived by the faculty members and see the variance in their estimates in light of their demographic variable. The article aimed to reveal the availability of reengineering the competencies of educational leaders in the Jordanian Ministry of Education based on contemporary leadership trends. The study population is all leaders in the Ministry of Education Center for the year 2020/2022. The researcher used the developmental survey method, and a questionnaire was developed that confirmed its validity and stability. The current study aimed to identify the role of Omani universities in developing the competencies of scientific research among master’s students from their perspectives. The study aimed to identify the reality of developing the crisis management skill of secondary school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on the foundations of creative leadership from the point of view of school leaders themselves. A sample was randomly selected amounting to (349) principals. هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تحديات إدارة قطاع التعليم العام في القدس الشرقية المحتلة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت استبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة، واستخدمت مقياس ليكرت الثلاثي للإجابة على فقرات الاستبانة. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي هذه المدارس، واختيرت عينة عشوائية بلغت (48) مبحوثا، وتم إجراء مقابلات مع (11) مبحوثا من المهتمين بقطاع التعليم العام في المدينة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أربعة تحديات رئيسة لإدارة قطاع التعليم العام في القدس الشرقية المحتلة، وهي سياسات وممارسات سلطة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي (حسب آراء 94.7% من المبحوثين)، وتعدد مرجعيات إدارة قطاع التعليم العام (96.44%)، ومحدودية دور السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية في …

This study aimed to standardize and develop the multiple cognitive abilities tests of the gifted students in the university and to study its psychometric characteristics. To achieve the goal, the test was applied to a sample of 714 students; (male =264) and (female= 450); they were drawn from some theoretical and applied colleges, age ranged between 18-25 years. The results showed that the test had a strong factor analysis structure, with all items under the component factors; the test showed high consistency coefficients ranging from (0.69 to 0.89).
