The aim of this study is to identify attributes that are essential to increasing the employability of a fresh MBA graduate, i.e., those without any work experience, based on the grounded theory approach. The purpose of this article is to confirm the interrelationships among strategic management, corporate governance, and decision-making. The article uses a qualitative approach, where a systematic literature review has been done through the internet and most reputable sites using the main keywords. Then after screening and selecting the suitable previous related literature, the researcher has analyzed them to come up with a suitable synthesis and recommendations. The study aimed to identify the level of visionary leadership and its relationship to participation in decision-making among the heads of academic departments in private Jordanian universities from the point of view of the faculty members. The study used the descriptive correlative method, and a questionnaire was developed that included (60) paragraphs distributed in to six domains. The study aimed at identifying the degree of Implementing Jordanian Universities to the Concept of Entrepreneurial University According to the Seven Solidifications by (EC- OECD).The study used the descriptive survey approach. The study population consisted of all Academic Leaderships at Jordanian Universities (1323). The sample was a stratified random sample that consisted of (312) academic leadership. A 28-item with 3 dimensions questionnaire was developed to collect data for this study.
