LGBTQ public PK-12 educators make decisions on their sexual identity disclosure management. This study sought the phenomenological aspects of how these management decisions and actions affect career path, promotion, and fulfillment to retirement. The passage of California’s AB 705 in 2017 mandated that community colleges drastically reimagine their English course offerings in an effort to increase student throughput and eliminate equity gaps. The purpose of this study was to analyze the laws and regulations regarding the inclusion of students with disabilities in selected Mexican universities. Seven public autonomous universities on the northern border of Mexico were selected for participation. Official documents were reviewed and administrators were surveyed to determine the extent to which federal legislation requiring inclusion was implemented at their respective institutions. Faculty members of psychology were also surveyed regarding the guarantees and accommodations provided by their institutions and the effectiveness of those efforts. Large, prospective cohort studies such as The Contraceptive Choice Project have been conducted regarding safety, efficacy, satisfaction, and usage of Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) such as the Contraceptive Implant (Nexplanon) and Intrauterine Contraception (Winner, Peipert, Zhao, Buckel, Madden, Allsworth & Secura (2012). Despite these findings, access and financial barriers remain for many women, and less than 7 percent of women utilize the most effective methods of contraception in the United States (Winner et al., 2012). The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which teachers’ pupil control ideology relates to teachers’ management beliefs and their perceived relationships with their students. A mixed methods approach was used to explore the correlations between teachers’ pupil control ideology, classroom management beliefs, and their perceived student-teacher relationships, with pupil control ideology as the basis for teachers’ beliefs and attitudes about control. This study included 34 middle school participants from a school district that serves low income students of color. Access to U.S. higher education for undocumented students has been challenging over the years despite recent legislative and organizational changes that have afforded some the opportunity to enroll in post-secondary institutions (Conger & Chellman, 2013; Juárez, 2017; Pérez, 2010). Of the approximately 65,000 undocumented students who graduate from high schools across the country every year, only 7,000-13,000 enroll in post-secondary institutions annually (Gildersleeve & Hernandez, 2012; Muñoz, 2013).
