The purpose of this second edition (2018) of the Teacher Workforce Report (TWR) is to provide a state of the field of teacher workforce in Nevada. To that end, the authors and project staff utilized extant Title II and Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) Teacher Education dashboard data as well as school district and charter school vacancy data to develop a portrait of teacher candidate production and the need for teachers in Nevada.
