The Effect Of A 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant On Academic Progression, Attendance, And Disciplinary Incidents Of At-Risk Students At A High School In Rural South Carolina, Adam Lanford

This quantitative research study was designed to examine the impact of a 21st Century Community Learning Center afterschool program on students identified as at risk. The research study focused on three research areas. First, the study examined the number of Carnegie credits earned during the 2017-2018 school year. Second, the research studied the number of school days absent during the 2017-2018 school year. Finally, the study reviewed the number of disciplinary incidents that required administrative intervention during the same school year.
