The purpose of this study was to determine the predictive validity of reading achievement scores obtained using the Gates-MacGinitie Reading Test and student performance on the Language Arts Literacy section on the New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge using a sample of students from the Gloucester City School District. Success For All has been implemented in the Gloucester City School District for over eight years as a Whole School Reform Model to raise student achievement in reading and language arts literacy.
