This collection consists of two folders containing materials disparate in subject matter: one consisting of a list of many descendants of John Marshall compiled by Sam Clagg for Marshall University’s Sesqui-Centennial Committee in 1987, another of materials sent to Marshall University by one of these descendants. The folder compiled by Sam Clagg with a list of descendants includes an address for each one. Also included in the same folder are three letters regarding the acquisition of Marvin L.
