The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. This study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of in-service teacher training programs from the teachers’ point of view in Ajloun Governorate. The descriptive survey method was used.
