The Level Of Professional Motivation Of Teachers Of Post-Basic Education Schools In Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, Sultanate Of Oman, Raya Al-Abri, Rabia Al_Dhuhli

This study aimed to identify the Level of Professional Motivation of Teachers of Post-Basic Education Schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. A questionnaire consisting of (28) items was applied to (274) teachers. The questionnaire was divided into two parts: demographic data and professional motivation. Its validity and reliability were also verified.
