Nursing education programs provide commendable training in keeping pace with the rapid advances in disease management. The tradition of incorporating faith within nursing curricula has existed for centuries. However, consensus on faith-based/spirituality has received far less attention in nursing curricula, and nursing students often do not have a strong foundation in this area. This study aimed to explore the implications of faith-based/ spirituality on the work ethic and health care delivery disposition of nursing students/graduates in the Southern District, Botswana.

Since Covid-19, there has been a tendency to isolate and keep to oneself. In an effort to decrease loneliness, evidence has found that wisdom can be a protective factor against loneliness. Older adults who were either married or cohabiting and were well-educated reported feeling fairly to very happy. Some additional factors associated with happiness were older age and a postgraduate degree. There are benefits of intergenerational interactions with people with wisdom. This study explored participants' socialization, loneliness, and intergenerational interactions.

This paper aimed to understand the impact of faculty advising on student development in a higher education institution in Liberia. The purpose of this was to evaluate the effectiveness of Student Leadership training program carried out for the newly elected student leaders of a private secondary school in Zimbabwe. A qualitative descriptive case study was used in this study. Ten 10 student leaders were purposively selected from a total of 24 student leaders. In-depth interviews were used to solicit the student leaders’ perceptions on the effectiveness of the student leadership training offered to the newly elected student leaders.
