This study investigated the impacts of user education on users’ awareness, accessibility and use of information resources and services in Federal Polytechnic Ede Library. The study employed a survey research design. The population of this study consisted of all registered student users of the library totaling 6,000; 10% of the entire population amounting 600 was used for the study. The random sampling technique was adopted. Structured questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. Out of the 600 copies of questionnaire distributed, 517 (86.2%) were retrieved and found valid for analysis. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. …

This study sought to investigate the availability and utilization of e-resources in university libraries for effective research output by undergraduates of Social Studies in south-east, Nigeria. It is a descriptive survey research design. two research questions guided the study. A sample of 191 students from four stratified randomly selected universities in south east, Nigeria, were used for the study. This study focused on ascertaining the challenges associated with accessing and utilizing library e-resources by Economics Education students’ in South East NigeriaThe study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Samples were drawn using a purposive sampling technique in selecting four hundred and ninety-two (492) Economics Education students’ from the study area. Data was collected using a validated 4-point Likert rated questionnaire for challenges associated with accessing and utilizing library e-resources (QCAUER) instrument with a reliability coefficient of 0.72. This study examined the availability, functionality and utilization of ICT facilities for effective instructional delivery of agricultural science in Nigeria Secondary Schools. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. Three research questions guided the study. The study area was North-central States of Nigeria and the population was 1706 teachers of agricultural science in secondary schools. Purposive Sampling Technique was adopted to select 853 Heads of Departments of Agriculture from the secondary schools. The researchers developed a 60-items questionnaire titled "utilization of ICT facilities for instructional delivery of agricultural science" (UICTFIDAS) for data collection.
