This paper is offered as a starting point for the teacher seeking challenging, creative activities for the gifted child. It is hoped that suggestions contained herein can be adapted to meet classroom situations and serve as inspiration for new and better activities. Due to the limited space available, emphasis will be laid on enrichment activities in arithmetic, social studies, and science. The language and fine arts offer limitless opportunities for enrichment.
