The purpose of this study was to identify the practice degree of school principals in the district of Qasabat Irbid for administration by values from the perspectives of teachers, and to know the effect of gender, scientific qualification, educational stage and school type in teachers' estimates to that degree. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. Abstract:

This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development. This study aimed to identify to the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate's schools from their Perspectives, the study followed the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was used for collecting its data on the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate’s schools from their Perspectives which consisting of (22) items, The study sample consisted of (418) teachers chosen by using stratified random sample method.
