The aim of this study was to identify the degree of Servant Leadership of Public-School Principals in Jerash Governorate from the Teachers' Perspective, and know the impact of variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that degree. The study sample consisted of (421) teachers, they were chosen by simple random method. A descriptive survey approach was used. To accomplish the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built, which consisted of (34) items divided into four fields. This study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life among public school teachers in Jerash governorate from the perspective of teachers themselves, and to identify the impact of variables (gender, educational stage, and years of experience) in teachers' estimations for their level of quality of work life.
