The Degree Of Academic Leaderships Governance Practice At King Abd Al- Azeez University From The Faculty Members Perspectives, محمد بن صالح ضبيع الرويلي

The study aimed at determining the degree of academic leaderships at King Abd Al- azeez University for governance from the faculty members perspectives. The study sample consisted of (323) teaching staff members randomly selected from the study population consisting of (3057) teaching staff members from King Abd Al- azeez University. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (30) items was developed. Findings revealed that the academic leaders governance practice at King AbdAl- azeez University was high in all items according to the faculty members perspectives.

This study aimed at investigating the effect of an instructional strategy based on constructivism approach in mathematics on achievement of sixth grade students in Saudi Arabia. This paper aimed at revealing the degree of availability of elements of administrative creativity among principals of secondary schools for girls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of contemporary administrative trends.
