Working in college is more common than some people may realize. According to the United States Census Bureau, 72% of undergraduate students and 82% of graduate students work during college. There are various reasons why students decide to work in college. For some the increase in tuition has forced them to work to pay tuition or other educational related fees. Others may work in college in the form of a work study program or internship to gain career experience or for money to pay for entertainment.
