The main aim of present study explores attitudes of principals and teachers of Preschool towards the role of educational media and its obstacles in developing moral behavior among children and its relation to some variables in the State of Kuwait. The final sample is formed of (122) principals and teachers of Preschool from Kuwait, their ages between (22 - 43yrs) with (M = 36.7yrs, SD = 4.8 yrs).
