Creativity is an ability that can be taught and learned. This project intends to encourage the teaching of creativity through the use of technology. It was designed to build a space in the virtual world OpenQwaq, where creativity classes can be delivered to students all over the world. The creation of the space was inspired by the affective skills of dreaming, playfulness, sensitivity to environment, and tolerance for risk included in the Creative Problem Solving Thinking Skills Model. This paper outlines the methods used to design and implement a course on creativity as it can be applied in the school classroom. It outlines specific steps taken and topics covered during a nine hour creativity course taught through the Teacher Center of an area school district. In addition to a detailed outline of course content, results and reflections are also included to guide the reader through successful course implementation. Thorough appendices include all course documents and handouts necessary to effectively implement this course.

This Article addresses conservation, preservation, and stewardship of knowledge, and laws and institutions in the cultural environment that support those things. Legal and policy questions concerning creativity and innovation usually focus on producing new knowledge and offering access to it. Equivalent attention rarely is paid to questions of old knowledge. To what extent should the law, and particularly intellectual property law, focus on the durability of information and knowledge? To what extent does the law do so already, and to what effect?
