The study focused on reference services and users’ satisfaction in tertiary institutions in Imo State, Nigeria. The study examined the extent of users’ satisfaction with reference services in tertiary institutions in Imo State, Nigeria, the relationship with referral services, inter-library loan and current awareness services with users’ satisfaction. Four research questions were posed and three hypotheses were formulated for the study. Correlational design was adopted for the study while modified 4-point likert rating scale was used to elicit data for the study.
