In 2020 many students had to continue their education through social distance learning from home, which resulted in many students having food insecurities. The focus of this Capstone Project is on students who do not have access to Covid-19 school lunch distributions. This is important because many students may be eating unhealthy or not eating at all, which can result in physical and mental health issues. An evidence based argument proves that there has been a decrease of the number of students receiving a school lunch meal due to Covid-19.
