The focus of this Capstone Project is on the benefits of an FFA program and how it could be improved. This is an important issue for current and future FFA students because the program is a basis for future leaders in the industry. An argument is made that students who join their high school FFA program will gain tools and experiences they will use throughout the rest of their lives.
