Universities worldwide are struggling to deal with academic misconduct related to plagiarism and increased concerns with plagiarism in online courses. At this roundtable discussion, participants will explore strategies used to eliminate plagiarism activities in an online graduate-level course by providing clear expectations regarding quality of work, quick identification and warning of identified ‘missteps’ committed by the student, grace, and resources provided to support the writing skills of students, a modified format approach to assignments, and relationship building through video feedback.
