Teachers have many instructional, behavioral and classroom management, and administrative responsibilities (Cormier et al., 2021; Hilger et al., 2021; Roeser et al., 2022). There is limited research on occupational therapy's role in teacher wellness. This study aimed to assess the challenges and barriers that Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) teachers face, the causes of burnout, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on AAPI teachers' wellness. This is a poster presentation on an education and training program, created for a capstone project. The program, Coaching Critical Moments (CCM), is designed to provide occupation-based coaching education through learning modules and training through simulation. The poster highlights the background literature about occupation-based coaching in occupational therapy, the problem and purpose statements for the capstone project, the methodology for creating the program, the theoretical foundation for the project, the contents of the program, and a discussion.

This collection consists of the medical equipment used by Dr. Samuel B. Muller in the Nursing Department during his stay at Pittsburg State University.

Dr. Samuel B. Muller was born in 1905 in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1932, Dr. Muller received his Bachelors of Science, and in 1934, a Doctor in Medicine from the University of Kansas. In 1934 he married Cordelia White. He practiced medicine in Southeast Kansas following the marriage. In 1941, Dr. Muller began working at the Royal Oak Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. In 1942, Dr. Muller became a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserve and …
