The aim of this study is to highlight the issue of human rights information affecting everyone working or involved in the media sector in Jordan and show the strengths and weaknesses of electronic crime bill from the viewpoint of information providers, and display electronic crimes Act general contents 21017/2018 especially (Hate speech) and (article 11), which was considered controversial, and view the status of media freedoms in Jordan before the adoption of the draft cyber crime.
