A public school in Pennsylvania was experiencing an issue with its administrative leadership. The ineffective leadership strategies resulted in failures within communication styles and abilities. Through a series of interviews and research, this course was developed to coach leaders within a school building on how to more effectively communicate and work with their staff members. The goal is to provide a series of behavior changing based instruction to reduce the ineffectiveness of leadership within the building.
