The article describes the technological structure of the educational process design process, the set of methods and tools that provide its results. The laws of designing the quality of education are covered. The components of the quality of the educational process are based. It is stated that the quality management plan in an educational institution is considered as an important factor in the design. The didactic parameters of designing the quality of education are listed. normative documents explain the indicators of the new profession.
