Highlights: Dr. William H. Conley, founding president and first chancellor of Sacred Heart University, has died --Several new programs and courses help account for a new record enrollment of full and part-time students --New promotions and appointments noted --Dr. John Mahar, chairman and professor of history and political science at SHU, will head the Convocation Committee and will work closely with the Rev. William J.
