The study investigated lecturers’ perception and participation on e-learning platform in Michael Otedola College of Primary Education in Lagos State during COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. This is to ascertain the level of lecturers’ perception and participation on the use of the college e-learning platforms. The descriptive research design was adopted, while total enumeration was used to select respondents for the study. A structured questionnaire tagged “Lecturers’ Perception and Participation in E-learning learning platform in Michael Otedola College of Primary Education during COVID-19 Pandemic Lockdown (LPPMOCPEC19PL) with the reliability coefficient of 0.87 was used for data collected.
