This study addressed the education of biblical emotional intelligence among chaplains and pastors in promoting self-care in ministry. A literature review revealed that research projects had not fully explored the relationship between biblical emotional intelligence and clinical pastoral education. This project explored biblical emotional intelligence as a teaching method that bridges the gap between pastors' clinical pastoral education and healthy emotional well-being. Emotional intelligence is a field that is associated with success in business and ministry.
