Around the world there is a population of our student bodies that are often missed within the educational world. These students are incredibly bright and could qualify as being labeled as gifted. However, these students often have a disability that impedes their gifts. This is the twice-exceptional or 2e population. As more research is being conducted to learn more about these students, it is time to begin exploring ways that teachers can help this student population through communication tools, student case studies, and project examples.
