Teaching for four years, I have first-hand experience of what it is like teaching in two distinctly different types of classrooms. My first year was difficult as I was often alone in my room with little guidance or help from fellow teachers. The following three years, our school began to implement teaming and I began to see the benefits of it right before my eyes.
