The global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has turned a new exercise Ape-like On-the-spot Super Slow Jogging that was originally taking place in the physical world into an online mode. In order to understand the characteristics, and steps and effectiveness of the Jogging, this study adopts a mixed-method methodology to analyze the effectiveness of MOOCs like course on YouTube and the two-way Line based community to assist online practice learning.
