This study aimed to investigate the effect of using flipped learning on developing students’ skills of using the interactive whiteboard program. The research methodology was based on a quasi- experimental research design. The sample consisted of 33 students in the control group and 34 in the experimental group, who were enrolled in an introductory educational technology course (TECH3007) at Sultan Qaboos University. The data collection instruments included an achievement test and an observation checklist.
