Medical disinformation is becoming a rampant problem in the United States, and the Covid-19 pandemic highlighted it. There have been attempts to fight the problem at the source through fact verification. These attempts have been unsuccessful. This paper investigates the efficacy of non-traditional pedagogies and the correlation between them and an individual perceived and practical ability to understand their primary care provider. The purpose of this research was to establish whether non-traditional pedagogies at the secondary and post-secondary level are more effective than traditional lecture-based instruction. هدف المقال التعرف إلى إدارة الذات وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة إربد، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة التحليلية لملائمته وطبيعة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس (العنزي والعجمي،2021) لإدارة الذات ومقياس (سميث وكندال وهيولن، 1969) الخاص بالرضا الوظيفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) مدير، أظهرت النتائج بأن درجة إدارة الذات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة إربد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة دون أي فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وبأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لديهم مرتفع دون أي فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إدارة …

Students in rural and underresourced school settings often perform poorly due to adversity. This is evident in subcounty schools where challenges such as domestic violence and low socioeconomic status further impact students' academic performance. Researchers have demonstrated that the relationship between students and teachers is instrumental in building resilience and developing social emotional competence. By fostering resilience, teachers can play a crucial role in mitigating these challenges. An academic achievement disparity exists between children from low-income and high-income households, and this gap progressively expands over time. A child’s executive functioning skills and interactions with their parents can contribute to this deficit. This static group comparison and quantitative correlational research study was conducted to examine the effects of parental warmth, parenting style, and parents’ socioeconomic status (SES) and the impact on kindergarten students’ working memory and inhibition executive functioning skills. The research was guided by Bandura’s social learning theory and Baumrind parenting style theory.
