The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not LDS seminary teachers are aware of (1) the Church standards with which their students feel they themselves are failing as far as adherence and understanding is concerned and (2) to what degree decree the students adhere to and understand the Church standards and principles.

Stated in the form of a question, the problem of this study is: What are the expenditures and costs of senior seminaries in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints?
Specifically, this study proposes to answer the following secondary questions which are relevant to the problem:
(1) What are the expenditures for the establishment, maintenance, and "current expense" of the senior seminaries in the Church of Jesus Chrsit of Latter Day Saints?
(2) What are the certain "unit-costs" in the senior seminaries?
